As part of the project "Digital plant NEVZ" 2050-Integrator implemented a 3D model of the assembly workshop. It is used in an animated simulation of the production process of electric locomotives assembling based on a digital simulation model implemented in Plant Simulation.

In the matter of production planning DSM allows you to move away from writing long mathematical formulas. Such research as "what if" do not occur through mathematical calculation, but through the formulation of an experiment on the "digital twin", which repeats the behavior of a real object with acceptable accuracy. The model is able to analyze the parameters, given to it, in a few minutes and on the basis of this analysis predict what results of production activity will be obtained when certain production conditions change.

One of the noncontact technologies chosen by #2050_integrator for testing at “Tver carriage works” LLC within the framework of the project "Digital TVZ" is laser guidance.
This technology is used in the process of welding elements to mark places where welded elements will be installed. In doing so, they use a laser projector as a tool, whose commands are set from a special program.
Laser guidance helps to significantly reduce the human factor in welding process, increasing its accuracy, and significantly improve the productivity.

A robotic complex for automated control of the metro bogie frame was tested at the Tver carriage works.
The complex represents an industrial robot equipped with a high-resolution camera. The principle of operation is based on the #computer_vision technology.
The robotic system provides 100% control of the correct placement of welded elements on a bogie frame. This tool will allow to control more parameters during welding and thus improve the quality of products.
